I'd like to combine the effects of clamped and elastic but I would also like for the unrestricted movement (the image actual stays aligned with the mouse position). I could easily script this but I would like to know whether there is already built in functionality that supports this. I've tried creating multiple scroll rects with the different options and adding the image as the content but this does not provide any positive effects. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
